About Us
Elgamec entered the impact metal surface finishing
trade in 1978. Our company provides a high quality bead blasting service
where close attention to detail has allowed Elgamec to engage in bringing
various finishes to specialist technical areas where quality is vital.
We are proud to have been involved with high
profile clients such as the Thrust SSC Land Speed Record project. Elgamec
has grown over the years to supply fabricators of stainless steel destined
for the food industry with a high quality bead blasting and metal
finishing service. This
includes working closely with the Aircraft and Furnishings Industry to
produce specialised surface finishes now widely used in the seat
manufacturing trade.
By re-designing the blasting equipment used, and
the deployment of high quality measuring equipment Elgamec have been able
to further expand its capabilities, enabling us to produce finishes in
many kinds of technical areas where quality and repeatability are vital.
With many years of experience to a broad range of
customers requirements, from exhibition displays to architectural
components Elgamec can process a wide size range from tiny instrument
components in hand cabinets, to large fabrications in our 15ft x 7ft x 7ft
rooms.
